I just placed an order, when will it ship?"We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Orders typically ship the within 2-3 business days. Shipping will occur Monday- Friday. Shipping only applies to 50 contingent states. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery using free shipping. We provide you with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. Order Tracking A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at info@brianadione.com. Orders typically ship the within 2-3 business days.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?"It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, that is why we offer exchange or a credit note only. We strive to keep our inventory unique and provide our customers with up-to-date styles. Because our inventory is fast-moving, items purchased from Briana Dione are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange. Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Conditions for Exchange Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Items must not be final sale or clearance. Items marked with deodorant, heavy scents or makeup will not be accepted for credit or exchange. Please note all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team. Damaged If you received damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately (within 2 days from delivery date) by emailing info@brianadione.com or it can not be returned. Please provide a description of the fault in your items along with pictures as proof via email. We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package. We are not liable for packages lost in transit. Exchanges We will send you an email when your return package has been delivered back to us. Please note, exchanges do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your exchange has been processed you will receive a confirmation email.

Can I cancel my order?You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item has already shipped we will not be able to cancel.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?If you have misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@brianadione.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No corrections can be made after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

I scheduled a consult, but need to reschedule. What do I do?"Email info@brianadione.com immediately. Enter "Consult Reschedule" in the subject line. All consults but be rescheduled 24 hours before your appointment time.
