SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

All shipping is USPS First Class or USPS Priority.  Express Shipping is available. We provide you with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.


Orders typically ship the within 2-3 business days. Shipping will occur Monday- Friday.


 * Shipping only applies to 50 contingent states. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery using free shipping.  

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Returns Policy

It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, that is why we offer exchange or a credit note only.  We strive to keep our inventory fresh, unique and provide our customers with the most up-to-date styles. Because our inventory is fast-moving, items purchased from Briana Dione are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have passed since your delivery,unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.


Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.

Conditions for Return

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. 


Items must not be final sale or clearance.


Items marked with deodorant, heavy scents or makeup will not be accepted for credit or exchange. 


Please note all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team. 

Damaged

If you received damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately (within 2 days from delivery date) by emailing info@brianadione.com or it can not be returned. Please provide a description of the fault in your items along with pictures as proof via email. We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package. We are not liable for packages lost in transit. 

Returns

We will send you an email when your return package has been delivered back to us. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
